1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and CV Manna Wisata Nusantara, trading as Manna Vacations, a company registered under Indonesian law and licensed to operate travel and tourism services in the Province of Bali, Indonesia.

By submitting a booking enquiry, confirming a booking, or paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service(s)" — any travel, tour, accommodation, transfer, activity, or related service offered or arranged by Manna Vacations.
• "Booking" — a confirmed reservation evidenced by written confirmation and receipt of a deposit.
• "Booking Confirmation" — written confirmation issued by Manna Vacations detailing booked Services, dates, prices, and applicable terms.
• "Third-Party Supplier" — any hotel, villa, airline, transport operator, activity provider, or guide through whom Services are sourced.
• "Force Majeure Event" — as defined in Section 8.

3. Services & Availability Disclaimer

We act primarily as an arranger and coordinator of travel services. Many Services are delivered by Third-Party Suppliers whose own terms and conditions also apply. We will communicate relevant Third-Party Supplier terms at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or cancel any Service where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it impossible or impractical to deliver. In such cases, we will offer reasonable alternatives or a proportionate refund.

4. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed when:

1. You have received a written Booking Confirmation from Manna Vacations; and
2. The required deposit has been received by us.

Verbal commitments, WhatsApp messages, or enquiry form submissions do not constitute confirmed bookings. It is your responsibility to review the Booking Confirmation carefully and notify us of any errors within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as specified, and inclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. International bank transfer fees and currency conversion charges are the Client's responsibility.

Standard Payment Schedule

We accept payment via bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri), PayPal, and international wire transfer.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to bookings@mannavacations.com. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive written notice.

Cancellation by Manna Vacations

If we cancel a confirmed booking for reasons other than Force Majeure, we will offer either: (a) an alternative booking of comparable value; or (b) a full refund of all amounts paid to us.

7. Limitation of Liability & Waiver

Manna Vacations acts as an agent and coordinator for Third-Party Suppliers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law:

• We are not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of Third-Party Suppliers or events beyond our control.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of enjoyment or missed flights.
• Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Manna Vacations for that specific booking.
• We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our own proven gross negligence, to the extent prohibited by Indonesian law (UU No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen).

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including: natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, governmental orders, transportation strikes, or infrastructure failures.

In such events we will work cooperatively to reschedule without penalty, or provide the maximum possible refund given unrecoverable costs with Third-Party Suppliers.

9. Travel Requirements & Health

It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all visa, passport, and entry requirements for Indonesia. We are not responsible for your inability to travel due to failure to obtain required documentation.

You acknowledge full responsibility for assessing your own physical fitness for the activities you book. Certain activities (including volcano trekking and water sports) carry inherent physical risks. By booking such activities, you voluntarily assume those risks.

10. Conduct & Responsible Travel

You agree to behave respectfully of Balinese culture, religious customs, and local communities. Failure to do so may result in removal from a tour without refund. In particular:

• Dress modestly and wear a sarong when entering temples
• Do not touch or climb sacred structures
• Follow guide instructions at all times
• Do not engage in or facilitate illegal activities, including drug use

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Manna Vacations website — including text, photographs, logos, and itinerary materials — is the property of CV Manna Wisata Nusantara or its licensed contributors and is protected under Indonesian copyright law (UU No. 28 Tahun 2014). Reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

12. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to BPSK Badung or the relevant Indonesian court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your Booking Confirmation governs that booking. Updated Terms apply to all new bookings made after the effective date of the revision.
